Regency of Bantul Yogyakarta, have various kinds of craft centers, ranging from pottery, leather, wood and others. Of the many craft centers, there is an almost forgotten crafts centers, and even can be said to rarely visited by tourists both from domestic and foreign countries. Craft center has tourism potential that is not less interesting to other craft centers.

There are ± 300 leather craftsmen scattered in villages pucung up in the legs of the mountains.
